Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Customer: the person or business placing an order with us.
• Goods: products, fixtures, fittings, equipment and other items offered for sale in our Shop.
• Order: your request to purchase Goods from us.
• Contract: the contract between you and us for the sale of Goods, formed when we accept your Order.

2. Basis of Sale

1. All Goods are subject to availability and are offered for sale subject to these Terms.
2. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue any product without notice.
3. These Terms prevail over any terms you submit with your Order.

3. Order, Acceptance and Cancellation

1. Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods.
2. We will confirm receipt of your Order by email. This does not constitute acceptance.
3. A Contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
4. We may cancel an Order if Goods are unavailable or if there is an error in price or description. We will notify you promptly.
5. If you wish to cancel an Order before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Cancellations after dispatch may incur restocking fees.

4. Price and Payment

1. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate.
2. Delivery charges are not included unless explicitly stated and will be added to your total.
3. We accept payment via credit/debit card, BACS transfer or other methods displayed at checkout.
4. Payment is due in full at the time of Order. We may suspend or cancel Orders where payment is not received.

5. Delivery and Risk

1. We aim to deliver within the timescales stated on our Shop, but these are estimates and not guarantees.
2. Risk in Goods passes to you upon delivery; title passes upon full payment.
3. You must inspect Goods upon delivery and notify us of any damage or shortage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

1. For faulty Goods, please notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide evidence of the fault.
2. We will repair, replace or refund faulty Goods at our discretion.
3. Non-faulty Goods may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
4. You are responsible for return carriage costs unless Goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

7. Warranty and Liability

1. We supply Goods with the manufacturer’s standard warranties only.
2. Our liability for defective Goods is limited to repair, replacement or refund.
3. We exclude all other warranties, conditions and liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights in the Goods and Shop content remain with us or our licensors.
2. You may not copy, modify or distribute any content without our permission.

9. Data Protection

1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. By placing an Order, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by English law.
2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
